YOUR TASKS

You plan and control project processes and ensure the achievement of project goals.

To this end, you bundle and coordinate all project measures of the disciplines involved, record project risks, evaluate them and bring about viable solutions.

You present the projects internally and externally and organize the communication and information flow between all parties involved.

With the customers on the one hand and suppliers and service providers on the other hand, you ensure a trusting cooperation and initiate the implementation of appropriate construction planning processes.

REQUIREMENT PROFILE

Required

• academic university degree (Master or equivalent) in architecture or a comparable field of study
• Experience in Archicad, Rhinoceros or comparable construction software.
• Architectural visualizations and renderings for interior and exterior views
• Attitude, you can not study, but is required

Advantageous

• very good knowledge and experience in structural planning
• design competence in architecture
• Very good and proven knowledge of project management, in project development as well as in process management
• Creativity and independence as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
