The concept puts people at the center, so it makes sense not only to build the building cost-effectively, but also to focus on environmental protection and sustainability. This is how MY ECO LOG comes into play.
A completely new generation of supermarket has emerged in Zella/Rhön, Thuringia. An “Aunt Enso” market built with the MY ECO LOG system allows residents to shop for everyday necessities 24/7. Particular emphasis was placed on ecological construction and high energy efficiency.
Thus, the primary energy demand of the building is only 105.7 kWh/(m2a).
The building is thus well below the requirement value for new buildings.
